Format & Rules

The Turkey Ball
Each team receives its own golf ball with a turkey logo. This is the team's Turkey Ball, and it rotates to a different player each hole.

Turkey Ball rotation
Each team must set its Turkey Ball rotation before the round begins. The Turkey Ball passes to the next player in that order on every hole, and the order cannot change during the round.

Format
• Teams of 4 players
• One Turkey Ball player per hole
• The Turkey Ball player plays their own ball and records a net score using 100% of their course handicap
• The other three players play a 3-person scramble and record a gross score
• Hole score = Turkey Ball net score + scramble gross score
• The team with the lowest 18-hole total wins

Example
Bob (12 handicap) has the Turkey Ball on a hole with a handicap rating of 7. He makes a 5 and receives one stroke, for a net 4. The scramble makes a 3.
Team score = 7 (4 + 3)

Tees and handicaps
• All players play from the white tees
• Turkey Ball scores use 100% of course handicap
• This is a casual event: no season points are awarded, and scores are not posted to GHIN

Maximum score per hole
To keep pace of play moving:
• 9 is the maximum Turkey Ball score
• 9 is the maximum scramble score
• The highest possible team score on any hole is 18

Payouts
4 teams or fewer: 1st place 100%
5 to 9 teams: 1st place 60%, 2nd place 40%
10 teams or more: 1st place 50%, 2nd place 30%, 3rd place 20%
All prize money is split evenly among the players on each winning team.

Ties
Ties are decided by our standard scorecard playoff. Prize money is not split between tied teams.

Register & pay by Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm — online registration closes then. Early submissions give the Board and the starter the time they need to prepare and help ensure a well-run event. Can't make it? Withdraw by the same deadline for a full refund or a credit toward a future event — contact the board. After that, entry fees are credited toward a future event, not refunded.
All payments are digital and due by Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm — your entry fee plus any Skins or CTP you pick, sent with Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. We don't collect payments at the course. Can't pay digitally? contact the Treasurer before the deadline to set up another way to pay.

Auto-fills from your member record. Change it if you want the confirmation sent somewhere else for this event.

Optional Games — Your Entry

Check the box now for any game you want to play. Selections are locked in at registration and can't be changed the day of the tournament. Games are paid together with your entry fee, digitally, by the deadline above.

Your Team

This is a 4-person format. Pick your teammates from the member roster. Leave a spot blank if it's still open — the Board will fill it before the event. If you don't have anyone yet, choose I need a teammate and the Board will pair you up before the event. Bringing a guest? Choose A guest in one spot and type their name — one guest per team.
